Celina Poppe is a seasoned educational leader with a 30-year career rooted in academic and spiritual excellence. A Doctoral Candidate and holder of an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Policy from the University of Utah, Celina has utilized her advanced training to become an expert in designing and facilitating efficient adult professional development and spiritual trainings. Her extensive background includes 25 years as a Catholic educator, where she spent over 20 years designing and leading transformative retreat programs for schools and parishes.
In addition to her 6 years as a Campus Minister, Celina served for 3 years as a Cognia regional evaluator, partnering with principals and administrators across Utah to navigate the accreditation process. Her unique professional journey—transitioning from teaching secondary sciences to specializing in faith-based leadership—allows her to blend the principles of positive psychology with organizational strategy. A dedicated mother and teacher, Celina remains committed to building high-impact retreat and training programs that foster growth in both the professional and spiritual realms.
Catherine is a passionate and experienced minister who has served across a wide range of ages and settings for more than a decade. She has built youth ministry programs from the ground up, revitalized young adult ministries, developed engaging classroom curriculum, and co-designed retreat programs for Catholic high schools. Her curriculum work has been formally recognized and purchased by the McGrath Institute for Church Life’s Echo Program at the University of Notre Dame. Most recently, she served as Catholic Campus Minister at Clemson University, where she helped foster significant growth in student engagement and leadership.
Catherine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Boston College and her Master of Arts in Theology and Pastoral Ministry through the McGrath Institute’s Echo Program at the University of Notre Dame. Her theological formation, paired with extensive pastoral experience, ensures that every retreat and program she creates is both deeply meaningful for participants and faithfully rooted in the Catholic tradition.
In addition to her professional work in ministry, Catherine is a devoted wife and mother of two boys and lives in Austin, Texas.
